傳千萬債務做業主
【明報專訊】杜汶澤被指住1000萬債務做業主，他與太太田蕊妮由大屋搬細屋兼賣車，經濟陷入困境。
昨日，有雜誌報道杜汶澤先後欠下林建岳與楊受成合共900萬元，難得劉德華不計前嫌，借出100萬紓緩財困，田蕊妮也甘苦與共，跟他一起撐。
記者昨日就千萬債務，以及賒借度日的傳聞向杜汶澤求證，他否認欠債：「如果欠債傳聞是真的，我會很介意，但現在我並不介意這些傳聞。」阿澤表示近15年沒有向朋友借錢，債主臨門是炒作報道，內容唯一真確的，是他置業買了海濱南岸。

問到太太田蕊妮有否為傳聞而不悅？阿澤自詡娶了一個好老婆，「她好到不得了，沒有為傳聞不快」。記者追問劉德華是否借了百萬元給他？阿澤說：「最近很多負面新聞，我認清誰是真正朋友，很多人支持我、愛惜我，劉華一定是我的真朋友，很感激他。」
阿澤曾租住劉德華的加多利山3000呎豪宅，自去年華仔收樓後，阿澤購下面積559呎的海濱南岸單位，大屋搬細屋，「以過往租千呎單位的價錢，實在買唔起豪宅。去年初朋友說樓市暢旺，我租樓租了30年也覺得是時候買樓」。阿澤表示想不到「上車」買樓卻惹來負面新聞。

有指阿澤得罪人多，工作量跟風光時大大減少，現在靠田蕊妮拍電視劇幫補生活。阿澤說：「我的工作一直沒有停頓，剛完成《查之女》，接覑又拍邱禮濤執導的新戲，今年我也會繼續監製電影。」

Chapman To: Haven’t Owed Money in 15 Years
Rumoured to be Property Owner Despite Owing HK$10 Millions
Chapman To allegedly owes HK$10 millions and still owns real estate property. He and his wife Kristal Tin is moving from a large property to a small property which indicates their financial predicament.
Yesterday, a magazine article pointed out that Chapman owes Peter Lam and Alfred Yeung a combined total of HK$9 million. Luckily, Andy Lau is forgetting about past bygones and lent Chapman HK$1 million to help with the financial woes. Kristal is standing by Chapman and willing to work through the hard times.
Yesterday, reporters wanted to confirm with Chapman about his million dollars debt and need to borrow money to get through daily life. Chapman denied his debt and said: “If the debt rumours were true, I would mind it. But I don’t mind these rumours.” Chapman expressed that he hasn’t owe his friends money for nearly 15 years. Stories about his creditor on his doorstep were made up. The one only true thing was his property was in Harbour Place.
Is your wife, Kristal Tin, unhappy about the rumours? Chapman said he married a good wife. He said: “She is the best there is. She isn’t unhappy about the rumours.” Do you owe Andy millions of dollars? Chapman said: “There is a lot of negative news lately. I know who my true friend is. There are a lot of people who support and love me. Andy is definitely a true friend and I am grateful to him.”
Chapman rented a 3000 feet luxury house in Kadoorie Hill from Andy. Last year, Andy took back the property and Chapman bought a 559 feet property at Harbour Place. He moved from a spacious to a small place. Chapman said: “I lived in a 1000 feet property and I really can’t afford to buy a luxury house. At the start of last year, my friend said the real estate market was hot. I rented properties for 30 years and felt that it was time to buy in.” Chapman can’t believe that he has negative news surrounding him even though he bought property.
Chapman supposedly offended a lot of people. He has a lot less work than his glory days. Now, he is relying on Kristal’s TV series to help out with living cost. He said: “My work hasn’t stopped. I just finished the movie “Lady Cop and Papa Crook” and I will film a new movie directed by Herman Yau. I may have a chance to produce a movie this year.”

林峯表示今次做代言人，酬金有七位數字，非常滿意，廣告商更讓他任揀心愛手表。他又會戴情侶表嗎？他坦言從未戴過，也沒有機會。他可會送表給緋聞女友鍾嘉欣呢？林峯卻反問為何要送。記者笑言因為他追求鍾嘉欣，林峯聞言即時甚大反應地說：「黐線，不是嘛？」
阿佘預告遲到半粒鐘
阿佘昨日遲到，她解釋因為之前在烏溪沙拍《東山飄雨西關晴》，收工便立即趕來，之前都有通知大會會遲到半小時。不過，見活動高層在等她來，她都有向對方致歉。談及運動，阿佘本身最鍾意游泳，希望將來的家有個私人游池，因為若有人監視會覺得不舒服。
另外，台灣著名作家柏楊前日病逝，有指對方生前被囚禁時，曾寫信給趙雅芝。趙雅芝承認是經文化界朋友介紹認識柏楊的，對方都是她很欣賞的作家。但對於寫信一事，她未有正面回答，只表示對方有送本簽名書給她。

Combined Reports: Charmaine Sheh Afraid of Flashing + Raymond Lam Paid Seven Figure Sum to be Watch Spokesperson
Yesterday Charmaine Sheh, Raymond Lam, Angie Chiu and Natalie Tong attended an Ernest Borel watch function. To welcome the forthcoming Olympics in Beijing, the organizer requested their guest to participate in some sports. Charmaine was wearing a short dress and needed to row a boat. She was stunned and said: “What? Row a boat?” The organizer changed the sport and she demonstrated running. But her running movement wasn’t animated to prevent flashing. Charmaine said: “I wasn’t embarrassed. Even if there wasn’t a treadmill, I would still do running.” Natalie also wore a short dress but she was insistent on biking. She showed her cover-up underwear. Natalie said: “I don’t think it counts as flashing if I reveal my cover-up underwear. I’m not afraid of being accused of trying to steal the spotlight.”

Raymond expressed that he received a seven figure pay for being a spokesperson. He is very satisfied with this pay. The sponsor allowed him to pick any watch he liked. Would you wear a couple’s watch? Raymond admitted that he has never worn one and he doesn’t have a chance to do so. The reporter suggested that he can give one to Linda Chung. Raymond asked the reporter why he would give one to her. The reporter responded that he (Raymond) was in pursuit of her. Raymond gave a huge response when he heard it and said: “You’re crazy, are you not?” He effectively denied and dismissed the tabloid stories.
Charmaine was late yesterday. She explained that she was in Wu Kai Sha filming “The Turbulence Of East And West”. She was rushing to get here as soon as they were finished filming. She notified the organizers that she would be late by half an hour already. But she still apologized to the function organizers when she saw them waiting for her. Charmaine likes to swim and hopes that she can own a home with a private swimming pool. She feels uncomfortable when other people watch her swim.
Also famous Taiwanese writer Bon Yang died and there were reports that he wrote to Natalie when he was locked away. Natalie admitted that she knew Bon through friends in the publishing industry. Bon was a writer which Natalie admired but she didn’t directly answer the questions about the letter. She only expressed that Bon autographed a book for her.
Side Note:
It turns out that Raymond hates the idea of a couple’s watch set and matching clothing. He thinks it is tacky and wearing the same clothing doesn’t mean you are in love with each other. There goes my daydream of me and Raymond wearing T-shirts with our caricature and eating ice cream cones.

【明報專訊】郭晉安與郭羨妮主演的《古靈精探》成績理想，成08年最高收視劇集，前晚無铫特別由陳志雲帶領，於將軍澳設慶功宴慰勞一班台前幕後功臣，席間陳志雲更宣布決定為《古靈精探》開拍續集，還透露之前因知道安仔快為人父，才安排將該劇提前播出，以收宣傳之效，故特別要多謝安仔和他的兒子，在適當時候自己發相和傳媒配合。

安仔表示如要拍續集，最好不要被安排有兒子，因他最怕和小孩演對手戲，其次還要先看看大家有沒有期，而自己稍後就要往內地拍劇，現在最不捨得返內地見不到兒子。問他可會考慮把兒子的名字改為郭勁收？他即說﹕「其實我已親自幫他改了名，名字是郭令山，令字是想他能成為眾人領袖，山就是穩重的意思，名由我改，希望兒子所有的首樣東西都是由父親給予的，最重要是這名字沒有人反對。」

Stephan Chen Praises the Lucky Boy
A Sequel to “D.I.E” Confirmed
The results for Roger Kwok and Sonija Kwok’s series “D.I.E” were ideal. It became 2008’s highest ratings series. Last night, TVB had Stephan Chen lead a special celebration banquet for all the hardworking cast and workers in Tseung Kwan O. During the banquet, Stephan announced that there would be a sequel to “D.I.E”. Stephen knew that Roger was going to be a dad soon so he made arrangements for the series to be aired sooner. The series reaped the rewards of promotions so he made special thanks to Roger and his son, Brad. They released pictures at the right time with the media.
Roger expressed that he doesn’t want to have a son in the sequel because he is afraid of filming scenes with little children. He also has to look at everyone’s schedule because he would be filming in mainland China soon. He will miss his son when he films in mainland China. The reporter asked if he would consider naming his son “High Ratings” Kwok. Roger said: “Actually, I already personally gave him a Chinese name. His name is 郭令山. The character 令 means to lead others. The character 山 means to be stable like a mountain. I choose the name and hope that my son will have everything that we give him. Hopefully no one objects to the name.”
