澳門傳聖火跑太快被叫減速
【明報專訊】楊千嬅擔任奧運聖火傳遞的澳門站火炬手，昨日負責星際酒店至永利酒店路段，她情緒勁High，沿途跑步或在旅遊巴上，都開心得不停與Fans及市民揮手，還應記者要求多次跳起拍照。她笑言心情百感交雜，像顛了般，初起步時更自覺有點像港姐林良蕙。由於她跑得太快被工作人員叫慢一點，自嘲好「亵」！不過千嬅最遺憾是父母盛裝來看她，卻因接收錯誤資料企錯位置，看不到她傳送聖火的重要一刻，感到失望。
自嘲好「亵」
千嬅負責第16棒，她接過火炬後表現興奮，笑容滿面的她跑姿輕快，但因愈跑愈快被身邊的藍衣工作人員叫「慢一點」。她完成任務後，乘坐大會專車離開時，將頭伸出車外與Fans揮手及不停叫「中國加油」，有途人大讚千嬅隻手好白。
父母企錯位錯過重要時刻
千嬅接受訪問說感覺有點倦，因昨日早上5時她在睡夢中突然「紮」醒，標冷汗。不過當真的手持火炬時，真的好High，更因不停大叫「中國加油」弄至聲沙。只是她實在太High，那一刻自覺有點像港姐林良蕙，又跑得太快被叫減慢，感覺好「亵」！對於父母盛裝赴會卻看不到她失望而回，她亦感可惜。
她又笑指陳奕迅昨日有致電替她加油，笑覑叫她俾心機，不要一起步就「Kick」到自己隻腳，但純粹開玩笑，真的好有心。有奇怪她何以擔任澳門火炬手？千嬅說是贊助商提名，因她在澳門做過傑青大使、東亞運動會開幕，所以被選中。她感受到澳門人的熱情，能有機會擔任火炬手感到光榮。她事前準備有好多考慮，原本打算戴頭箍，但試戴後令頭視覺上好大如小露寶，最後將頭髮紮起及化淡妝，但跑步後太熱妝都有點溶。
火炬放客廳光宗耀祖
火炬是否重？她說都有點重。對於古巨基轉手拿火炬被批評，她想可能是情緒太興奮。千嬅會好好護送火炬返港留念，笑言坐船若有人想搶她的火炬，一定送他一個「Kick」。火炬會放在家中廳裏，因父親傳統感覺光宗耀祖。

Miriam Yeung: Extremely High Spirits, Felt Like Rowena Lam
Macau Torch Bearer, Ran Too Fast
Miriam Yeung was the torch bearer for Macau. Yesterday, she was responsible for the relay run from Star World Hotel to Wynn Macau Resort. She was in extremely high spirits. She would continuously wave to the fans and crowd on the tour bus and while she was running. She jumped up and down as per the reporter’s request for the pictures. She said that she was emotionally overloaded and felt a bit crazy. When she started her run, she felt like Rowena Lam*. She was running too fast and the workers asked her to slow down. Miriam’s parents dressed up for the event to see her. But they received the wrong information and stood in the wrong location so they didn’t see her carry the torch. Miriam and her parents feel very disappointed about it.
Miriam was the 16th runner. She appeared to be very excited when she received the torch. She had a wide grin on her face and ran fast. But she was running faster and faster so the blue-clothed workers asked her to slow down. After she finished her mission, she rode a specialized bus. She peered out the window, waved to the fans and continuously yelled: “Add oil China (Continue on with the effort China)”. Some of the crowd commented that Miriam had very pale skin on her hand.
In an interview, Miriam expressed that she was tired because she suddenly awoken at 5 AM. She was in cold sweat when she awoken. She was on a “high” when she was the torch bearer. Her voice is hoarse since she was screaming “Add oil China” because of her high spirits. At that moment, she felt like she was the Miss Hong Kong Rowena Lam. She felt “亵” when she was told to slow down. She felt it was a lost when she knew her disappointed parents did not see her carry the torch.
She laughed and said that Eason Chan called her to tell her to “add oil”. He joked that she should give more effort and not to stumble on her own legs when she starts to run. He is really caring and joking with her. Did you wonder how you were made a Macau torch bearer? Miriam said that a corporate sponsor sponsored her. She was an Outstanding Youth Ambassador of Macau. She was also an opening ceremony guest for the East Asian Games so that is why she was chosen to be a torch bearer. She felt the passion of the Macanese and felt the honour to be an Olympic torch bearer. She was pondering a lot before the run. She originally wanted to wear a hair band but felt it made her look like “Kodomo Robokon”. She decided to tie her hair up and put on little makeup. But her makeup still melted because she was too hot after her run.
Is the torch heavy? Miriam responded that it was slightly heavy. Leo Ku was criticized for switching hands too often. She said he was probably too excited (alludes to Leo’s sweaty hands). Miriam would take special care to protect the commemorative torch and return to Hong Kong. She joked that she would kick the person who will try to steal her torch. She would place the torch in her living room because her father feels that it would honour the ancestors.
Comment: Rowena Lam is a Miss Hong Kong winner in the 1970s and I think she is the one that went crazy with her screaming and head shaking when she was announced the winner.
方力申出言力撐 陳志雲跑姿被批評
【明報專訊】方力申昨與鄧麗欣（Stephy）以「愛心大使」身分出席於港台舉行的《第三屆愛心獎》活動。對於香港火炬手之一的陳志雲被網友批評傳遞聖火的跑姿，同是任火炬手的小方表示若非運動員，對於競步跑的姿勢未必能把握得很好，且跑姿沒規限，每人的跑姿不同不足為怪。至於古巨基換手拿火炬也被批評，小方為基仔解釋：「他可能是藝人，對鏡頭敏感，換手是想向兩旁觀眾揮手，而且這樣做不會遮到面。」
Stephy表示晨早起脇看緋聞男友小方傳聖火，也專誠看偶像張學友的跑姿。對於吳文忻說現在整容一天就可以，似暗指鄧麗欣整容。Stephy稱對方可能要為自己的公司宣傳才會這樣說，故她不會嬲，並說：「若要整容，我會先弄走鼻子的疤痕。」

Stephan Chen’s Running Posture Criticized
Alex Fong and Stephy Tang was the “Caring Ambassador” for the “第三屆愛心獎” held by the RTHK. Hong Kong torch bearer Stephan Chen’s running posture was criticized by netizens. Alex was also a torch bearer and he said that unless he was a professional athlete, it would be hard to have the correct running posture. Also, there isn’t a set definition for a running posture. People may have unique running stances and posture. Leo Ku was also criticized for his switching hands to carry the torch. Alex explained: “Leo is an artiste. Maybe he is sensitive to the position of the camera. He wants to wave to both sides of the crowd and he won’t block his face.”
Stephy expressed that she woke up early to watch her tabloid boyfriend carry the torch. She also made a special trip to watch her idol Jacky Cheung’s run. Natalie Ng said that plastic surgery can be achieved in one day which allegedly points to Stephy’s plastic surgery. Stephy said that Natalie wanted to do some promotion for her own company’s people and that is the reason behind Natalie’s statement. Stephy isn’t mad at Natalie and said: “If I wanted to do plastic surgery, I would make that scar on my nose go away.”
Comment: Natalie Ng is the spokesperson for a cosmetic surgery business and she was said to have undergone some cosmetic surgery (i.e. Botox and nosejob). Maybe Stephy’s last comment referred to Natalie or her own alleged cosmetic surgery. [source]

【明報專訊】鄭欣宜近日傳與外籍男友分手，專心唱歌事業。昨日欣宜參與無铫新節目《亮相》錄影，比原定時間遲了出場，令主持人葛民輝及傳媒呆等。欣宜對此很敏感說﹕「我兩點已到了，不要屈我遲到，他們通知我3、4點錄影﹗」對於為事業與男友分手？欣宜說：「其實由Day One開始，是雜誌寫我拍拖，到現在說分手都是雜誌寫。」從來也不是拍拖？「向來不講這個話題！」談到鄭少秋支持女兒Winnie行騷，相反她行騷卻不捧場？欣宜力撐秋官說﹕「 不會因此不開心，自己也不知道Winnie行時裝騷，她是學校活動，我是工作性質，不會嬲父親沒陪我。」語畢即被《東張西望》工作人員拉走，令訪問被迫中斷。
